Translation:

O son of Pṛthā, know that I am the original seed of all existences, the intelligence of the intelligent, and the prowess of all powerful men.

So here Sri Krishna talks about 3 more attributes making the total of 12 till now, so

bījaṁ māṁ sarva-bhūtānāṁ

I am the seed of all living beings

viddhi pārtha sanātanam

I am the eternal seed, imperishable seed, indestructible seed. What does it mean? This can be connected with our earlier discussion of Om Purna Mada Purna middam Purnat Purn mudacute Purnas Purnmadaya Purna mevayaw shisyets, so when complete comes out of complete what remains is complete. So normally when the seed rise to something say tree the seed no longer exists, the seed gets transformed into tree similarly when an egg is formed into embryo and embryo gives rise to a child the embryo no longer exists so Sri Krishna says normally the seed doesn’t exists and one seed gives only one kind of tree but Sri Krishna says I am the seed which gives all kinds of tree that means all living beings which exists comes out of me. Also He says I am the seed which never gets exhausted, sanātanam. So all living beings all the verities which exists comes from Sri Krishna still Krishna remains the original truth Krishna remains sanātanam imperishable truth.

buddhir buddhimatām asmi

Sri Krishna says that I am the intelligence of the intelligent some people have great intelligence the way they recollects the way they express the way they analyze to impresses people, that is the defining characteristic of brilliant people their brilliance their intellects so where does this come from? This comes from Sri Krishna And similarly

tejas tejasvinām aham

means I am the power of the powerful, some people are powerful they have tremendous body and their one punch can knock out somebody else. So people may be attracted to such people but ultimately we have to understand this power comes from Sri Krishna. Then Srila Prabhupada talks about Nityonitynam Chetanas Chetananam verse.
