Transcript of Bhakti-Shastri class on this verse by Chaitanya Charan

So Krishna will give a summary verse which is one of most quoted verse from SP

Bg 9.25

yānti deva-vratā devān
pitṝn yānti pitṛ-vratāḥ
bhūtāni yānti bhūtejyā
yānti mad-yājino ’pi mām

Word for word:

yānti — go; devavratāḥ — worshipers of demigods; devān — to the demigods; pitṝn — to the ancestors; yānti — go; pitṛvratāḥ — worshipers of ancestors; bhūtāni — to the ghosts and spirits; yānti — go; bhūtaijyāḥ — worshipers of ghosts and spirits; yānti — go; mat — My; yājinaḥ — devotees; api — but; mām — unto Me.

Translation:

Those who worship the demigods will take birth among the demigods; those who worship the ancestors go to the ancestors; those who worship ghosts and spirits will take birth among such beings; and those who worship Me will live with Me.

yānti deva-vratā devān, so those who worship devatas go to devan, demigods,

pitṝn yānti pitṛ-vratāḥ, those who worship ancestors go to ancestors

bhūtāni yānti bhūtejyā, those who worship ghost go to ghost

yānti mad-yājino ’pi mām, if you wanted to come back to Me you will worship Me.

So this verse tells the point that different paths leads to different destinations.

So this is very clear that all path doesn’t lead to same destination which is a general conception.

Srila Prabhupada: The Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement is therefore distributing sublime information to the entire human society to the effect that by simply chanting the Hare Kṛṣṇa mantra one can become perfect in this life and go back home, back to Godhead.

So most of Srila Prabhupada purport focuses on yānti mad-yājino ’pi mām

Srila Prabhupada’s Purport: Unfortunately many people have no information of these sublime planets where Kṛṣṇa and Viṣṇu live, and because they do not know of them they fall down.

So we were all in this category but because of Srila Prabhupada mercy we have opportunity to return back to Krishna for eternal life there.

Now after that Krishna will contrast devotional service v/s worship of devatas in another way, in terms of simplicity of worship, so as mentioned in BG when demigods are to be worshiped elaborate Yajna has to be performed and Soma rasa has to be provided then if all these are done properly one can please devatas, but here Krishna is saying as far as worshiping Him is concerned it is extremely simple and that He describes in next verse.
