etāṁ vibhūtiṁ yogaṁ ca
mama yo vetti tattvataḥ
so ’vikalpena yogena
yujyate nātra saṁśayaḥ

Word for word:

etām — all this; vibhūtim — opulence; yogam — mystic power; ca — also; mama — of Mine; yaḥ — anyone who; vetti — knows; tattvataḥ — factually; saḥ — he; avikalpena — without division; yogena — in devotional service; yujyate — is engaged; na — never; atra — here; saṁśayaḥ — doubt.

Translation:

One who is factually convinced of this opulence and mystic power of Mine engages in unalloyed devotional service; of this there is no doubt.

etāṁ vibhūtiṁ yogaṁ ca, one who understand this Vibhuti of Mine. What is the Vibhuti, that I am the source of all quality and I am the source of all people

mama yo vetti tattvataḥ, those who will understand this tattva tah, they will come back to Me.

so ’vikalpena yogena, with ’vikalpena, vikalpa means diversion, division, alternative, there is no other distraction of division

Yoga means connection there are two types of our sadhana by which we connect and Krishna’s mercy by which we get connected.

First Yoga is etāṁ vibhūtiṁ yogaṁ, is His power revelation that facilitates connection.

Yoga can also refer to spiritual practice which facilitates connection

So Krishna is saying so ’vikalpena yogena, so without any deviation one will be whole heartedly in Yoga with Me.

yujyate nātra saṁśayaḥ, he will be engaged in this yoga of this there is no doubt.

Because once someone understand Krishna, he understand that there is no reality beyond Krishna and just surrender whole heartedly to Krishna.

Two emphasizing words nātra saṁśayaḥ and ’vikalpena

9.3 He says by knowing Him one become free from sins but life’s perfection is not freedom from sin but it is spontaneous devotion to Krishna which will happen what He is saying here.

Whole heartedly he will engage in devotional service.

So when we understand that everything come from Krishna including ourselves we will fall in love with Krishna.

When we talk Gyana doesn’t lead to Bhakti that is impersonal Gyana but Gyana about Krishna increases Bhakti. When we come to know how great He is How wonderful He is that naturally attracts us more towards Him. And Srila Prabhupada said one should not neglect this knowledge.
