ihaika-sthaṁ jagat kṛtsnaṁ
paśyādya sa-carācaram
mama dehe guḍākeśa
yac cānyad draṣṭum icchasi

Word for word:

iha — in this; ekastham — in one place; jagat — the universe; kṛtsnam — completely; paśya — see; adya — immediately; sa — with; cara — the moving; acaram — and not moving; mama — My; dehe — in this body;guḍākeśa — O Arjuna; yat — that which; ca — also; anyat — other; draṣṭum — to see; icchasi — you wish.

Translation:

O Arjuna, whatever you wish to see, behold at once in this body of Mine! This universal form can show you whatever you now desire to see and whatever you may want to see in the future. Everything – moving and nonmoving – is here completely, in one place.

ihaika-sthaṁ, here at one place

jagat kṛtsnaṁ, the whole universe is seen.

paśyādya sa-carācaram, moving and non-moving

mama dehe guḍākeśa, see all this in My body, Krishna is clearly saying what you are seeing is in My body. Till the word Visva Rupa has not come that will come later when Arjuna speaks the description and glorification of the vision he is having.

yac cānyad draṣṭum icchasi, and beyond this whatever else you wanted to see that also you can see here. This sentence refers to the future outcome of the battle.

Krishna is saying see this form but Arjuna is waiting then Krishna says actually you can’t see so you will need special eyes for this, and then Krishna said I will give those eyes.
