Translation:

One who neither rejoices nor grieves, who neither laments nor desires, and who renounces both auspicious and inauspicious things – such a devotee is very dear to Me.

yo na hṛṣyati na dveṣṭi, one who doesn’t delight nor one who resent

na śocati na kāṅkṣati, so one does not hanker and one does not lament.

śubhāśubha-parityāgī, gives up conception of auspicious and inauspicious.

When one understand that there is nothing inauspicious because one understand the temporary nature of this world so Subha and Asubha ultimately both are undesirable. The undesirability is just a matter of degree. And a devotee stays away from the conception of good and bad. Whatever may happen we can always find opportunity to serve Krishna in that situation.

SP Purport:  Nothing is an impediment in the discharge of his devotional service. Such a devotee is very dear to Kṛṣṇa.
