Translation:

Though engaged in all kinds of activities, My pure devotee, under My protection, reaches the eternal and imperishable abode by My grace.

sarva-karmāṇy api sadā, so while doing different kinds of Karma

kurvāṇo mad-vyapāśrayaḥ, kurvāṇo, while doing that, mad-vyapāśrayaḥ, after taking shelter of Me

mat-prasādād avāpnoti, by My mercy such a person obtains

śāśvataṁ padam avyayam, one attain the eternal destination

With respect to understanding the flow of Gita the vital point is sarva-karmāṇy api sadā, that whatever Karma a person might be doing that doesn’t matter.

Earlier Krishna talked about one has to act as per one’s Varnashram duties then come to the transcendental platform then one will attain Bhakti, Bhakti is at once the submit of spirituality it is submit but at the same time it is not limited with the submit, after doing different processes like Kama Gyana, one comes to Bhakti, but Bhakti doesn’t have to depend upon Karma and Gyana. Bhakti can independently extend downwards and elevate a person at very low level, so sarva-karmāṇy api sadā, whatever the karma one is practicing still kurvāṇo mad-vyapāśrayaḥ, if a person takes shelter of Me, then mat-prasādād avāpnoti, by My Prasad by My mercy such a person śāśvataṁ padam avyayam, such a person will attain the eternal destination.

So we will see over here Krishna has started introducing Mat, before 54th verse in this chapter Krishna has not talked about Mat or Mam in this chapter, because He is focusing more on a summary of the Gita, He is talking things from the perspective or level of the transcendentalist, a Karma Yogi doesn’t know about Krishna, the Gyan Yogi doesn’t know about Krishna only Bhakti Yogi knows about Krishna so when Krishna is talking about Bhakti Yogi He talks about Mam clearly.

Srila Prabhupada Purport: In spite of all difficulties, he is eventually placed in the transcendental abode, or Kṛṣṇaloka.
