So now Krishna will talk about that you should not disturb the mind of others

Bg 3.26

na buddhi-bheda janayed
ajñānāṁ karma-saginām
joayet sarva-karmāṇi
vidvān yukta samācaran

Word for word:

na — not; buddhibhedam — disruption of intelligence; janayet — he should cause; ajñānām — of the foolish; karmasaginām — who are attached to fruitive work; joayet — he should dovetail; sarva — all; karmāṇi — work; vidvān — a learned person; yukta — engaged; samācaran — practicing.

Translation:

So as not to disrupt the minds of ignorant men attached to the fruitive results of prescribed duties, a learned person should not induce them to stop work. Rather, by working in the spirit of devotion, he should engage them in all sorts of activities [for the gradual development of Kṛṣṇa consciousness].

So na buddhi-bheda janayed, don’t disturb the mind of others, buddhi-bheda, means disturb the intelligence of others,

Janayed means to give birth to cause,

ajñānāṁ karma-saginām, those who are ignorant and attached don’t disturb their mind

joayet sarva-karmāṇi, joayet SP translated as dovetailed and this Prabhupada often used in his presentatio.

Dovetailed things in Krishna’ service.

joayet sarva-karmāṇi, all work

vidvān yukta samācaran, a learned person can do that while being engaged in devotional service.

The whole principle of Bhakti is centered on this point of vidvān yukta samācaran, act in a way joayet sarva-karmāṇi, the wise person is acting and setting example for others how to dovetail for activities in devotional service. So SP was very resourceful is engaging different people as per their talent in the service of Krishna. We don’t have to tell world that all these talents are useless and no we have to focus in Krishna’s service using those talents.

The ultimate purpose of vedas is to bring people to Krishna those who cannot come directly to Krishna, gradually they have to come to Krishna. So here Krishna is saying to Arjuna that even if you say renounced order is higher then householder i.e. giving up action is higher than acting in the world but still for the people in the world when they see responsible people giving up their actions then that will disrupt their minds.

So now Krishna is talking about other point over here, earlier He was saying that you should set a good example for others and if you don’t set a good example if you set bad example that will lead to problems because people will act inappropriately but somebody may argue that actually I am not setting a bad example, I am setting example of higher principle I am not renouncing out of irresponsibility I am renouncing in understanding of higher responsibility when someone will make this point that I am renouncing out of compassion I am not renouncing out of frustration so I am renouncing with a sense of higher responsibility. People will not understand this, so even if you have sense of higher responsibility you have to do it in such a way that people will be able to take it, people will be able to understand, people misunderstand then there might be a disturbance and then they will be having no scope left for further elevation in spiritual life therefor set a good example for others and engage them and encourage them accordingly to their level of spiritual practice.

So here Krishna is talking about difference in Karma Yoga and Karma Kanda, and Krishna mentioned several verse about Gyani and Agyani, Vidvan and Avidvan.
