Now Sri Krishna will continue this theme how material nature is under His control.

Bg 9.8

prakṛtiṁ svām avaṣṭabhya
visṛjāmi punaḥ punaḥ
bhūta-grāmam imaṁ kṛtsnam
avaśaṁ prakṛter vaśāt

Word for word: 

prakṛtim — the material nature; svām — of My personal Self; avaṣṭabhya — entering into; visṛjāmi — I create;punaḥ punaḥ — again and again; bhūta–grāmam — all the cosmic manifestations; imam — these; kṛtsnam — in total; avaśam — automatically; prakṛteḥ — of the force of nature; vaśāt — under obligation.

Translation: 

The whole cosmic order is under Me. Under My will it is automatically manifested again and again, and under My will it is annihilated at the end.

 

prakṛtiṁ svām avaṣṭabhya, so actually it all enters into Me, what does enter into Me refers to? We know that all the living entities and material substances enter into the body of Maha Vishnu.

visṛjāmi punaḥ punaḥ, visṛjāmi, I create it all, punaḥ punaḥ, again and again 

bhūta-grāmam imaṁ kṛtsnam, this bhūta-grāmam all of material existence, all cosmic existence everything about it, 

avaśaṁ prakṛter vaśāt, avaśaṁ means helplessly there is no Vasa, there is no control, there is no control from our perspective when cosmic devastation will happen, all of us will be destroyed that is avaśaṁ but actually what is this, it is power of nature after two verses Krishna will tell that power of nature is under His control Maya Dhaksena Prakriti…but here He is talking about prakṛter vaśāt, So about material nature Sri Krishna is saying not only that sustenance is done by Me (4,5,6 ) He is talking about sustenance, in 7 & 8 He is talking about that He is overseeing the creation and destruction and after that Sri Krishna is saying actually I am not entangled because I am not attached this important verse to demonstrate Sri Krishna’s transcendence.
