Translation:

O greatest of all personalities, O supreme form, though I see You here before me in Your actual position, as You have described Yourself, I wish to see how You have entered into this cosmic manifestation. I want to see that form of Yours.

evam etad yathāttha tvam, as You have said so You manifest before me, as You have spoken so You are, so it is not that there is some higher reality beyond You.

draṣṭum icchāmi, I desire to see something

What?

Rūpam aiśvaraṁ, Your asvarya Rupa

So Krishna’s manifestation before Arjuna is Madhurya Rupa, the intimate form, Krishna is describing asvarya how He destroys all existence how He pervades all existence.

puruṣottama, you are puruṣottama.

In 9.5 Krishna says see Pasyame Yoga Ashvaram, which refers to opulence of Krishna as He manifest in the creation, by which we can come to know about Krishna and we can connect with Krishna, now Arjuna wanted see Rupa Ashvarya, so I wanted to see that form by which You pervade all of existence, viṣṭabhyāham idaṁ kṛtsnam
ekāṁśena sthito jagat, I pervade and maintain all exitence by one amsa of Me. So I wanted to see Your Virata Rupa.
