Word for word:

yathā — as; pradīptam — blazing; jvalanam — a fire; pataṅgāḥ — moths; viśanti — enter; nāśāya — for destruction; samṛddha — with full; vegāḥ — speed; tathā eva — similarly; nāśāya — for destruction; viśanti — are entering; lokāḥ — all people; tava — Your; api — also; vaktrāṇi — mouths; samṛddhavegāḥ — with full speed.

Translation:

I see all people rushing full speed into Your mouths, as moths dash to destruction in a blazing fire.

In 11.28 and 29 there are two metaphor given river entering into ocean and moths entering into fire one is natural and other is voluntarily as explained by Acharyas,

Bhisma and Drona destruction was situational they were not malicious it based on higher arrangement, course of arrangement. Moth metaphor is for Kauravas, shakuni and Karna etc.

When rivers enters into ocean there nature is going to remain same or preserved so like that devotees serve Krishna in this world and in spiritual world also they continue to serve Supreme Lord.

When moth enters into fire, moth is burnt although soul is not destroyed but the body is completely burnt and destroyed and soul has to get another material body.

Both the process is also different when moth enters into fire it doesnot do any good to anyone it simply destroys itself. Whereas when as river flows towards ocean it nourishes all lands by its side. Similarly when devotees are moving towards Lord they are benefiting others, setting examples for other, by word share Krishna, so many valuable things for others.
