Then the last verse puts it all together

Bg 13.35

kṣetra-kṣetrajñayor evam
antaraṁ jñāna-cakṣuṣā
bhūta-prakṛti-mokṣaṁ ca
ye vidur yānti te param

Synonyms: 

kṣetra — of the body; kṣetra–jñayoḥ — of the proprietor of the body; evam — thus; antaram — the difference; jñāna–cakṣuṣā — by the vision of knowledge; bhūta — of the living entity; prakṛti — from material nature; mokṣam — the liberation; ca — also; ye — those who; viduḥ — know; yānti — approach; te — they; param — the Supreme.

Translation: 

Those who see with eyes of knowledge the difference between the body and the knower of the body, and can also understand the process of liberation from bondage in material nature, attain to the supreme goal.

 

yānti te param, such a person will attain Supreme destination. Who? That 

kṣetra-kṣetrajñayor evam

antaraṁ jñāna-cakṣuṣā

So Krishna has put here all the terms together in this last verse 

Krishna is putting terms from all the six questions in this verse.

With the eyes of knowledge firstly understand the difference between Kshetra and Kshetra-jna, then after that once you understand that there is something beyond the matter and that is the spirit, so can that spirit be liberated from matter 

bhūta-prakṛti-mokṣaṁ ca

how can moksha be attained once that is understood 

then 

ye vidur yānti te param

They will attain the Supreme destination. 

So the process of liberation has been talked about briefly in verses from 25 to 26 and it will be talked about again later on.
