Translation:

By becoming fixed in this knowledge, one can attain to the transcendental nature like My own. Thus established, one is not born at the time of creation or disturbed at the time of dissolution.

idaṁ jñānam upāśritya, if one take shelter of this knowledge

mama sādharmyam āgatāḥ, one will attain sādharmyam, one will attain the same destination,

sarge ’pi nopajāyante, one will not have to take birth, upajāyante,  again at the time of creation, sarge api

And pralaye at the time of destruction one will not have to do destruction again  na vyathanti ca

So now Krishna is saying idaṁ jñānam upāśritya, here He is not saying take shelter of Me He is saying you will attain nature like mine. What is the meaning of this? That the message of Krishna is also something you can take shelter of, the philosophy is also to be taken shelter of. Philosophy is not studied merely from the perspective of knowing or controlling the subject perspective so when we crack the exam or solve difficult question we get the Ishwara Bhava in the arena of ideas. It is intellectual supremacy intellectual conquest not of any ordinary subject we are seeking intellectual conquest of study scripture of Krishna and Krishna cannot be conquered by intellect that is wrong approach and Krishna has told earlier that Na Aham Vedair, I cannot be know just by the study of Vedas, jñānam upāśritya, so when we study these knowledge one should gain release and relief from the material existence, doubts, perplexity of material existence and what is the way ahead, so we approach this knowledge to take shelter of the knowledge.

Crown is for ornament purpose and umbrella gives protection and shelter, if it is raining and we take scriptural knowledge as a crown on our head it will not act as umbrella and we will not get relief. So if we take spiritual knowledge and try to make it ornaments for our own egos, I know so much and accordingly we try to practice then that time we will not get much benefit because we are missing the whole point. The point is we want to learn we want to move forward and we want to attain the Supreme Destination which is Krishna Prema and love is not matter of conquering love is matter for giving. Our goal is not to conquer Krishna by knowledge our goal is to conquered by Krishna through love and for that we wanted to give ourselves to Him through various ways and one way is intellect, which is also used as one of  the way to surrender to Krishna,  idaṁ jñānam upāśritya, so as a devotee we take shelter of the knowledge which He has given us, all these we are talking from Bhakta perspective, from Jyani perspective also one tries to immerse oneself in knowledge, so like that we absorb ourselves in knowledge, by that we go beyond material nature and its complications

idaṁ jñānam upāśritya
mama sādharmyam āgatāḥ

What is sādharmyam? Dharma as we know has many meanings and here the meaning is nature. As Srila Prabhupada has mentioned in introduction our Dharma is to love and serve and when we direct that to loving Krishna then our Dharma becomes Sanathan Dharma we act as per our eternal nature and that brings us eternal happiness.

So here the meaning of word Dharma in mama sādharmyam āgatāḥ
is he will attain My Dharma My nature,

sarge ’pi nopajāyante, sarge at the time of creation there is no upajāyante, there will be no taking birth again,

pralaye na vyathanti ca, and at destruction there is no bewilderment that means there is no bodily consciousness, so when one is not at bodily consciousness one will not take birth again and also one will not suffer at the time of death because we will go beyond the body to a large extent.
