Translation:

O son of Pṛthā, that determination which is unbreakable, which is sustained with steadfastness by yoga practice, and which thus controls the activities of the mind, life and senses is determination in the mode of goodness.

dhṛtyā yayā dhārayate, that dhrti by which dhārayate, one accepts or one sustains, one’s perseverance in one’s acceptance,

manaḥ-prāṇendriya-kriyāḥ
yogenāvyabhicāriṇyā

That dhrti by which one keep Kriya, the actions manaḥ-prāṇendriya-kriyāḥ, the senses, the life air, the mind and the activities, one keep situated in yoga and what kind of Yoga? āvyabhicāriṇyā, unbreakable Yoga, that is Dhrti in mode of goodness, so dhrti in mode of goodness means one recognizes oneself to be situated properly and one recognizes that one has to be a perceiver to get the results, there are significant words in this yogenāvyabhicāriṇyā, in 14.26 also Krishna has used the word āvyabhicāriṇyā, Mam Ca Yoga āvyabhicāriṇyā Bhakti Yogena Sevate, āvyabhicāriṇyā Bhakti Yogena, so when one practices unbreakable Bhakti Yoga one transcendences the modes, that is talking about how to transcends the mode using Bhakti, now process of Bhakti is not just used to transcends the modes, but process of Bhakti is to take shelter of Krishna so that even in transcendence one can practice Bhakti, and that is indicated in 18.54 where Krishna says, Brahma Bhuta Prasan atma Na Sochati Na Kanchati Samah Servesu Bhutesu Mad Bhaktim Labhate Param, so Krishna is saying in 14.26 by practicing unbreakable Bhakti one will come to transcendence, Brahma Bhuya Kalpate and then Krishna is saying in Brahma Bhuta Prasanatma when one is situated in Brahma Bhuta, Mad Bhakti Labhate Param, one will get Para Bhakti, so that means āvyabhicāri Bhakti may not be para bhakti, para means transcendental or pure devotion so āvyabhicārini means uninterrupted, unbreakable, faithful. So when one keep on practicing faithful bhakti steadily then by that one can become elevated, so yogenāvyabhicāriṇyā, so many people say that I chant Hare Krishna so when we chant Hare Krishna 1-2 rounds that is not very difficult but to chant 16 rounds year after year to several decade is not that easy, so to practice Yoga means to connect ourselves to spirituality abhicāriṇyā, in way that is not easy to shake, that requires dhrti, determination, that is in mode of goodness.
