kaścin me priya-kṛttamaḥ, there is no one who will be more dear to Me then this

bhavitā na ca me tasmād, bhavitā even in the future

Sometimes we also promises to someone that I love you so much I can do anything for you then when the person ask something we say no-no I cannot do that may be in future I can do…so Krishna is saying don’t think my statement as sentimental even in the future also there will not be anyone who is more dear to Me then such a devotee. All the services for Krishna are important, preachers also need lot of services from team.

Preaching in broad sense inspiring other souls to come to Krishna it may be by action and also by words.
